On sale an unique property – the island “Vanzares” on the river Lielupe (19.8 ha), opposite to the area of the Kemeri National Park, 500 m distance from the highway Riga – Liepaja A9. A home interior design is built in the style of holiday homes – open wooden structures, plasters of walls and floor, plastic windows, wooden furniture, a built-in kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment, a built-in fireplace. A functional minimalism is dominating in the interior that embraces everything that allows using the house for a residency and hospitality. There is constructed a large terrace on the first floor where it is possible to spend a wonderful summer evening by two enjoying a silence and surrounding landscape or to organize a social evening with friends.
There are constructed four two-storey holiday homes (area 60 m², 60 m², 74 m² and 74 m²) on a riverbank line. All holiday houses as also the residential house are fully insulated therefore all buildings can be used both for a permanent housing and temporary residence of guests.
Two saunas (107 m² and 21 m²) are built on the territory, the biggest of them is two-storey (there is a sauna, recreation room, kitchen and facilities on the first floor, and two comfortable guest bedrooms on the second floor). There is a pond next to the sauna building where you can cool off after visiting sauna.
The household building has premises that can be used as an office or warehouse where it is possible to keep all the necessary equipment for management of the territory.
Both residential building and holiday houses and saunas have drainage, electrical and water supply systems installed. A local heating system is regulated from the boiler room where the boiler and liquid fuel tank are installed. A lawn, green plantings and groomed orchard together compose a sound landscape design. The buildings are mutually connected with paths which like an access road and a large parking lot are constructed of chopped stone. A large territory of island provides unlimited opportunities for time spending activities. The boathouse is built on the bank of river which can also be used for a yacht mooring.
This is a unique place! The mainland is connected with the island by an only bridge in Latvia submitted for private use. While using the surrounding infrastructure and buildings, it is possible to:

• By expanding the existing boat dock, it can be transformed into a modern marina, as well as it is possible to construct a helicopter landing area or a runway for private planes.
